Sign up for an account

Before you can start using Scope, you'll need to set up an account. Currently there are two ways to sign up for an account:

  1. Sign up using your email address

    You can sign up for an account using your email address. To do this, go to the Sign Up page and fill out the form with your email address and password.

    Follow the instructions on how to setup your new account.

  2. Sign up using Shopify

    If you are a Shopify merchant, you can sign up for an account using your Shopify account. To do this, install our Scope Shopify app.

    You will be redirected to Shopify to authorize the installation of the Scope app. Once you have authorized the installation, you will be redirected back to Scope to complete the sign up process.

Login to your account

Once you have signed up for an account, you can login to your account by going to the Login page and entering your email address and password.

If you previously signed up by installing the Scope Shopify app, you must login from your Shopify store account. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Shopify store admin dashboard.
  2. Click on the Settings menu then select Apps and sales channels.
  3. On the Scope app, click on the dropdown menu and select Open app.

Change your password

  1. Click on your account name on the top right of your screen.
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter your current password and new password then click Update.

Reset your password

You have to be logged out of your account to reset your password.

If you are already logged in, you will be redirected to your account dashboard instead.

  1. Go to the Password Reset page
  2. Enter your email address and click Submit.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

FAQ

I've already signed up using my email address. Can I still use the same account with Shopify?

Yes, you may use the same account with Shopify. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are logged-in to Scope using the same email address you use for your account on Shopify.
  2. Install the Scope Shopify app on your Shopify store.
I've already signed up using Shopify. Can I still login with password?

Since you signed up using Shopify, you will need to perform a Password Reset to set a password for your account. Follow the instructions on how to reset your password here.
