Create a survey
To create a survey, go to the New Survey page and fill out the title. You can also additionally add a custom success message to be displayed to the user when they completed the survey.
The title will not be displayed to the users and is only used internally for your own reference.
Add questions
Once you have a survey created, click on the New Question button to start creating a new question. Choose from the available formats and configure the response options. By default, a question will not be published until you turn on the Published toggle.
Share the survey
If you are on Shopify, you can embed the survey on your store by installing the Scope Shopify app. For other platforms, you can share the survey link directly with your customers.
Review responses
Once your survey has received responses, you can review each individual question to view detailed breakdown of the responses. You can also view all responses on the Responses page and perform deep analysis on the data.
